What is Safe4?

Safe4 is a highly secure online document delivery and storage service that gives professional practitioners and other service providers an immediate facility for getting critical documents to their clients.  Following delivery, the documents are held in a completely secure online folder structure, available to the client, that the service provider can set up to reflect the nature of their business.

Is it like other online storage services?

Other online services are intended to provide file storage for consumers or businesses, or as a method of sharing and transferring files.  The Safe4 service offers some key differences:

  • It is only offered through business intermediaries; Safe4 cannot be purchased directly by a member of the public
  • It is completely secure to recognised banking standards, with military-grade encryption of all stored files
  • There is total separation between the files for each client – they can only see their own documents
  • Multi-user structures can be created for both the service provider and the client
  • Comprehensive access controls allow total control over who can see what
  • Safe4 can be branded to carry the service provider's logo and colours, and linked through existing websites
  • A full audit trail of file actions is maintained, to support regulatory compliance
